  11. Software described in this manual is Copyright (c)1995 
  12. MicroGuru Corporation. All rights reserved. The 
  13. distribution and sale of this Software is intended for the 
  14. use of the original purchaser only. Lawful users of this 
  15. Software are hereby licensed only to read the Software 
  16. from their media into memory of a computer, solely for 
  17. the purpose of executing the Software on one machine at 
  18. a time. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or 
  19. disassemble the Software. This Software is protected by 
  20. United States copyright laws and international treaty 
  21. provisions. Duplicating or copying this Software for other

  38. documentation is copyrighted as stated in the copyright 
  39. notice.

  41. 2. License: A limited license is granted to copy and 
  42. distribute the Software only for the trial use of others, 
  43. subject to the following:

  45. I. The Software must be copied in unmodified form, 
  46. complete with all the files that accompanied it.

  48. II. The Software may not be distributed in conjunction 
  49. with any other product without a specific license to do so 
  50. from the MicroGuru Corporation.

  52. III. No fee, charge, or other compensation may be 
  53. requested or accepted, except as authorized below: 
  54. (i) Operators of electronic bulletin board systems may 
  55. make the Software available for downloading provided 
  56. the above conditions are met.  An overall or time-
  57. dependent charge for the use of the bulletin board 
  58. system is permitted as long as there is not a specific 
  59. charge for the download of the Software. 
  60. (ii) Vendors of user-supported or Shareware software 
  61. may distribute the Software, subject to the above 
  62. conditions, without specific permission. Vendors may 
  63. charge a disk duplication and handling fee, which when 
  64. pro-rated to the Software, may not exceed three dollars. 
  65. (iii) Non-profit user groups may distribute the Software, 
  66. subject to the above conditions, without specific  
  67. permission. Non-profit user groups may charge a disk 
  68. duplication fee, which when pro-rated to the  Software, 
  69. may not exceed three dollars.

  71. IV. You have the non-exclusive right to use the Software 
  72. for a period of thirty (30) days for the purpose of 
  73. evaluating its usefulness to you. At the end of that time 
  74. you must register the Software and pay the current 
  75. license fee if you continue using the Software.

  77. V.  All other rights and uses not specifically granted in 
  78. this license are reserved by the MicroGuru Corporation.

  80. 3. Terms: This license is effective until terminated. You 
  81. may terminate it by destroying the program, the 
  82. documentation and copies thereof. This license will also 
  83. terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or 
  84. conditions of this agreement. You agree upon such 
  85. termination to destroy all copies of the program and of 
  86. the documentation.

  88.   4. Governing Law : This license is governed by the laws 
  89. of the State of Illinois. Any dispute regarding this 
  90. agreement must be brought up in an Illinois court.

  92. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY 
  93. This information is provided "as is" without 
  94. representation or warranty of any kind, either express or 
  95. implied, including without limitation, any representations 
  96. or endorsements regarding the use of, the results of, or 
  97. performance of the information, its appropriateness, 
  98. accuracy, reliability, or timeliness. Neither the warranty 
  99. of merchantability nor the warranty of fitness for a 
  100. particular purpose is provided. The entire risk as to the 
  101. use of this software is assumed by the user. In no event 
  102. will MicroGuru Corporation or it's owners or employees 
  103. be liable for any damages, direct, indirect, incidental or 
  104. consequential, resulting from any defect in the software 
  105. or the accompanying documentation, even if MicroGuru 
  106. Corporation has been advised of the possibility of such 
  107. damages. This disclaimer shall supersede any verbal or 
  108. written statement to the contrary. Any liability of the 
  109. seller or the MicroGuru Corporation will be limited to 
  110. product replacement or refund of purchase price.
